Commercial Property Solicitor We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) with a small, friendly law firm based in Birmingham. The Role: You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters. You'll work with a range of clients, from developers and investors to SMEs and landlords/tenants, offering tailored, practical advice.
