Private Client Solicitor/CILEX - Wills, Trusts, and Estates Specialist We are recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner (Solicitor or CILEX) to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Drafting a variety of Wills, including those involving planning for business assets. Advising and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA). Setting up, managing, and terminating trusts established during a lifetime or through Wills, including registration on the Trust Registration Service (TRS). Handling estate administration, including preparing IHT400 forms and managing tax matters (inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax). Providing expert legal advice on inheritance tax planning and estate management. Preferred Qualifications: STEP qualified or part qualified; Excellent knowledge of will drafting and estate administration; Strong knowledge of tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax. The role requires a self-motivated professional who can manage their own caseload independently with minimal supervision once established.
