Corporate Solicitor The Opportunity A busy, well-established law firm in the West Midlands is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team. The Role As a Corporate Solicitor, you will work on a broad range of corporate matters, providing expert advice to an impressive client base that spans across various industries. You will be involved in complex and high-value transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and corporate governance. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term client relationships. The role offers exposure to challenging and rewarding work, with plenty of scope for development. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), disposals, joint ventures, and restructuring. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements. Supporting senior partners on complex transactions and managing your own caseload with autonomy. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing commercially sound legal advice. Contributing to business development and helping to grow the corporate practice. About You; Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law (2-6 years PQE preferred, but candidates with relevant experience outside this range will also be considered). Strong technical skills with experience handling M&A transactions and other corporate matters. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
