Litigation Solicitor We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to join a reputable team in Guernsey. This role offers the chance to handle high-profile cases and deliver exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, insolvency, and regulatory issues. Provide strategic legal advice and develop effective litigation strategies. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring top-quality service. Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and professional environment. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 4 to 8 years post-qualification experience in litigation. Proven experience in managing complex litigation cases. Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
