Corporate Senior Associate We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years PQE to join our dynamic corporate law team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent legal acumen, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior associates. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity deals, and corporate restructurings. Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents, including shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, and other transactional documents. Conduct thorough due diligence and oversee the due diligence process in corporate transactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions. Mentor and supervise junior associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and regulations, and proactively update clients on relevant legal developments. Assist in business development activities, including attending networking events, preparing pitches, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years PQE in corporate law, preferably gained at a leading international or regional law firm. Extensive experience in handling complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity. Strong knowledge of UAE corporate law and regulatory framework, with experience advising clients in the Middle East market. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
