Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Funds Associate to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of fund structures, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and other investment funds. Key Responsibilities: · Advising clients on the establishment, structuring, and ongoing management of investment funds. · Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund documentation, including offering memoranda, subscription agreements, and partnership agreements. · Providing regulatory advice and ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements. · Assisting clients with fund launches and structuring. · Working closely with other departments and jurisdictions within the firm to provide seamless service to clients. · Keeping up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and advising clients accordingly. · Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications and Experience: · Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in funds law, preferably from a top-tier law firm. · Strong knowledge of investment funds, including private equity and hedge funds. · Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. · Experience working in an international law firm or similar environment is preferred.
