Commercial Property Solicitor Our client, a well-established and highly regarded full-service law firm based in Coventry, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The role will primarily focus on landlord and tenant matters as well as property finance work, offering a diverse and rewarding caseload. The firm is open to applications from solicitors at any level of post-qualification experience (PQE), from NQ to more senior candidates. Key Responsibilities: * Landlord and Tenant: Manage a range of landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and disputes. * Property Finance: Advise on commercial property finance transactions, including loan agreements, secured lending, and portfolio financing. * Commercial Property Transactions: Handle acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold matters for clients across various sectors. * Provide practical and commercial advice to clients, building long-term relationships. * Support senior colleagues with complex matters, and provide guidance to junior members of the team where appropriate. * Maintain high standards of client care and legal compliance. Skills & Experience: * PQE Level: Open to applicants at all levels of PQE (from NQ to senior). * Strong experience (or interest) in landlord and tenant law and property finance work. * Experience in handling commercial property transactions is desirable. * Excellent client-facing skills with a strong commercial approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and a high standard of legal drafting.
