Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Exec

Residential Property Solicitor - Wirral Traditional and highly regarded law firm with a network of offices on the Wirral is looking to recruit a solicitor to join its successful property team. The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing a personal and professional service to its clients. As a result the majority of its clients return on a repeat basis. The firms acts on behalf of businesses and personal clients and the residential property team was the first in Wirral to be awarded the CQS accreditation for its conveyancing services. Due to succession planning, the firm is now looking to recruit a senior residential property solicitor to join its close knit and collaborative team to handle a caseload of conveyancing transactions. It is essential that you have substantial experience of running a diverse conveyancing caseload independently and also supervising a small team of assistants and secretaries. This role is ideal for anyone looking to work with a boutique firm offering a good work / life balance within a supportive environment. Salary negotiable but up to £50,000.
