Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - Liverpool City Centre Leading North West based law firm is presenting an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Fee Earner. Our client is a Legal 500 listed and Chambers rated law firm based in Lancashire/Merseyside. Due to an increased workload they are looking to recruit a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their busy team. Applicants will need to be well versed within the following areas of conveyancing: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Remortgage and transfers of equity matters * Dealt with some shared ownerships and new builds * Handled right to buy, buy to let and investor clients You will need to have exposure to acting on behalf of high value matters and will be experienced using a case management system. Applicants will need to have proven experience within business developing and networking. Our client is offering up to £45k dependant on level and experience.
