Senior Conveyancing Solicitor - Cheshire Regional full service Legal 500 firm with offices based across the North West is looking to recruit a fee earner to join its residential property team. The Lexcel accredited firm is led by a team of partners from city centre firms and has been established for almost 30 years, providing legal services to private and commercial clients. The wider Real Estate team is headed up by an experienced solicitor with a wealth of experience working in both residential and commercial property. The role will be based at its offices in the centre of Altrincham, within walking distance of the train/metrolink station and will involve handling a caseload of predominantly high value conveyancing transactions on behalf of locally based clients. You will also be responsible for assisting the Head of Department in growing the property offering moving forward.
