RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - HARTLEPOOL THE FIRM - CQS accredited full service commercial firm in Teesside - Long established and reputable Residential Conveyancing team THE ROLE - A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a recognised residential property team - You will be handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception through to completion - Your caseload will include: - Sales and purchases - Leasehold and freehold - Remortgages - Right to buy, shared ownership and help to buy transactions THE REQUIREMENTS - You must have a minimum of 24 months fee earning experience as a Residential Conveyancer - You must have experience of handling your own files from inception through to completion THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary up to £45,000 plus benefits package is on offer - Achievable bonus scheme - Secretarial support and full case management system - Friendly and supportive working environment BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
