Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner - Blackburn The Firm: -Forward thinking law firm which is growing from strength to strength -Based right in the heart of Blackburn -Highly experienced supportive team The Role: -You will be working in the office and from home running a manageable caseload of residential property matters from start to finish -The caseload is varied and will include: Freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownerships -You will provide an excellent service to the client and third parties Requirements: -You will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE -Team player -Desire to work within a forward thinking law firm Benefits: -Hybrid working (1/2 days a week in the office) -Generous holiday allowance -Competitive salary up to £47,000 plus bonus scheme -Benefits package BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
