Residential Conveyancer - Teeside Our client is a well established and reputable high street practice looking to recruit a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced conveyancer to join its CQS accredited property team based in Stockton On Tees. The firm, which has provided legal advice and services to the local community and businesses for over 50 years and has gained a reputation for high quality commercial work. The residential conveyancing work is predominantly sourced from local private clients and developers and involves handling some high net worth property. The role will involve working as part of a close knit team, handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, which will include: * Sales and purchases * Leasehold flats * Registered and unregistered * New Builds * Transfers of Equity * Remortgages Previous experience within conveyancing is essential as is the ability to handle a caseload under with minimal supervision.
