Senior Conveyancer/Conveyancer - Central Manchester A highly reputable law firm with a strong presence throughout Manchester is looking for a conveyancer with experience handling a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New Build and remortgages. Based in the Spinningfields area of Manchester City Centre, this family feel law firm prides itself on providing high quality legal advice to a range of clients. Due to a number of new referrers, the conveyancing department is now seeking an experienced fee earner to join its friendly and hardworking team. THE OPPORTUNITY The successful candidate will be required to deal with a mixed caseload to include the following; · Freehold sales and purchases · Leasehold sales and purchases · New Build · Remortgages · Shared ownership and staircasing · Help to Buy THE REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be a conveyancer with a minimum 2 years experience. You will possess excellent organisation skills and demonstrate your ability to communicate clearly and professional with clients. Case management system experience is desirable.
