Trainee Conveyancer

Trainee Conveyancer - Cheshire or Liverpool THE FIRM - Dynamic and innovative law firm is recruiting for experienced conveyancing assistants to join its award winning residential property team - The firm provides legal services to clients ranging from private individuals through to major national developers - Highly accredited, the firm holds the CQS (conveyancing quality scheme) and has won a number of awards in recent years THE ROLE - Working closely with the Conveyancer to progress a caseload of varied transactions through to completion - Managing a case load of your own conveyancing transactions with the guidance of your manager - Preparing legal documentation as requires - Using a case management systems REQUIREMENTS - A minimum of 1 year experience in any conveyancing role is essential - Must have experience using a case management system, experience of Proclaim would be an advantage BENEFITS - Highly competitive salary up to £29,000 plus bonus - Hybrid working after probation - Regular social events and friendly collegiate working environment - Staff rewards schemes and generous benefits package - On going training and career development For more information regarding this conveyancing role, please contact Lauren Tootell at BCL Legal.
