Family solicitor | 2 + PQE | award winning firm | Derby BCL Legal is partnering with a well-established, reputable law firm in Derby to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in family law to join a thriving and supportive team. About the Role: As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children's issues, and cohabitation disputes. You will provide expert legal advice to clients during what can often be a challenging time, while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach. Key Responsibilities: · Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements. · Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients. · Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings. · Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service and legal expertise. · Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in family law. Requirements: · Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in family law. · Strong experience in dealing with a wide range of family law matters. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills. · Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. · Passion for family law and providing practical solutions to clients in difficult situations.
