Key Responsibilities will include : - Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC forms. - Advising clients on procurement strategies and risk management. - Handling disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. - Providing comprehensive legal support to clients across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
