The Role As a Corporate Associate, you will: · Handle a broad and diverse caseload, developing long-lasting client relationships. · Work on a variety of corporate matters with a focus on transactional work, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. · Collaborate with a forward-thinking and highly skilled team, including renowned Partners and legal experts across multiple offices. · Get involved in business development activities, supporting and growing existing relationships, and establishing new connections in the corporate sector. About You To excel in this role, you should have: · A minimum of 4 years' PQE in corporate law, with solid experience in corporate finance and transactional work. · Strong experience managing your own caseload, delivering exceptional client service, and maintaining a client-focused approach. · A strong academic background. · Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a keen interest in business development and sector growth.
