The Role As a Planning Associate, you will: · Work on a diverse and stimulating caseload, fostering longstanding client relationships. · Advise a broad range of clients, including house builders, commercial developers, and landowners, on planning matters, including the negotiation and drafting of complex s106 agreements. · Collaborate with a forward-thinking team, working alongside renowned Partners and legal experts across multiple offices. · Participate in business development activities, strengthening existing relationships and forging new ones within the planning sector. About You To thrive in this role, you should have: · A minimum of 4 years' PQE in private practice, with solid knowledge of local government practice. · Strong familiarity with Biodiversity Net Gain requirements and the relevant provisions of the Environment Act 2021. · Proven experience in developing and nurturing client relationships.
