The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will: · Handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including the sale and purchase of land for development, planning law, sales and purchases of building plots, joint ventures, commercial and domestic leases, agricultural leases, dilapidations, licences, and rent reviews. · Provide expert advice to clients such as builders, developers, and landlords. · Be part of a collaborative team that consistently delivers first-class legal services.
