Real Estate Associate | 3+ PQE | Leading National Firm | Nottingham A top-tier UK law firm, recognized internationally for handling high-caliber development matters, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Real Estate Associate (3-6 PQE) to join its Nottingham team. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects with some of the UK's leading house builders, supporting high-profile commercial and residential developments. The Role: · Working closely with experienced partners on significant, large-scale land acquisitions for commercial development, as well as overseeing site setup and project management under supervision. · Managing your own caseload, while also assisting on a wide range of matters including: o Commercial and mixed-use developments o Commercial investment and finance o Landlord and tenant matters o Retail, leisure, and securitization transactions o Real estate litigation, planning, and environmental considerations. What We're Looking For: · A qualified solicitor with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a focus on residential or commercial development. · Strong technical expertise gained at a well-regarded regional, national, or international firm. · A solid academic background, ideally holding a 2:1 degree or higher. · Proven ability to handle complex real estate matters with confidence and attention to detail.
