The Role As a Property Litigation Senior Associate, you would: - Work with a dynamic market leading team dealing with exceptionally high quality work. - Run and manage files and delegating to and supervise trainees, junior lawyers and Paralegals when appropriate. - Advise on a wide range of contentious property matters; commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, strategic land transactions, adverse possession, private rights of way, restrictive covenants, mortgage repossession, property related insolvency and leasehold enfranchisement. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have: - A minimum of 5 years' PQE. - A strong academic background. - An interest in and aptitude for business development. - A good teamwork ethic.
