Private Client Solicitor | 4 + PQE | Experienced team | Lincoln An award winning firm are seeking an experienced and dedicated Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our Probate team in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a highly experienced and supportive team, handling a diverse range of work, including complex high-value estate matters. Key Responsibilities: · Manage your own caseload, including drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as handling Trust and Estate Administration for high-net-worth business and agricultural clients. · Mentor and support junior colleagues within the team. · Act in the best interest of clients at all times, maintaining the highest professional and quality standards. Key Requirements: · 4+ years PQE with strong technical expertise and teamwork skills. · STEP Qualification or a willingness to complete the qualification. · Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. · Experience handling Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust & Estate Administration. · Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
