Our client, a well-regarded market-leading national law firm, is seeking an experienced Projects Associate/Senior Associate to join its highly respected and growing Commercial and Infrastructure Department in Bristol. The team is recognised for its expertise in delivering complex PFI and PPP contracts across a wide range of sectors, including Health, Education, Social Care, Police and Custodial, Housing, Highways, and more.

The Role:
As a Projects Associate/Senior Associate, you will be involved in a broad range of impactful and complex projects, including:
- Leading the delivery of complex PFI and PPP contracts for both public and private sector clients.
- Advising on the operational management of existing PFI and PPP contracts, including variations and contract interpretation.
- Providing strategic advice on PPP expiry, future service arrangements, and complex contractual issues.
- Supporting and developing junior members of the team through mentoring and training.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and business development of the team.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6-8 years' PQE in projects law, with significant experience in PFI or PPP contracts.
- A strong background in commercial contracts, with experience in the operational delivery of public sector infrastructure projects.
- Experience in advising on complex commercial and contractual issues, with the ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work alongside multidisciplinary teams and senior professionals.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
