Property Litigation Lawyer
National Property Dispute Resolution team in both Bristol and Cardiff are looking for a 5+ PQE property litigation lawyer to expand their team.
The team's varied workload covers all types of property litigation, with significant expertise in landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidation claims, sale and purchase disputes, service charges, lease extensions, renewals and enfranchisement, possession claims, boundary disputes, asset-based disputes and forfeiture.
As a Property Litigation Senior Associate, you will be amongst experts, pre-empting the contentious issues that could surface in client's commercial relationships, taking steps to minimise them and reacting quickly and effectively when disputes do arise.
The Property Disputes Team also work very closely with the transactional Real Estate team so you will have the opportunity to develop strong ties across the practice, as well as access to quality work from our existing high calibre client list.
In order to be successful you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum 5 year's post-qualifying experience within a reputable property litigation team.
- Have strong property litigation experience gained at a City or national law firm
- Have a proven track record in delivering technical excellence and in leading work streams and negotiations
- Be commercially astute with a passion for keeping up to date with key legal and business news
- Have a entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in driving and participating in team business development initiatives
- Have a high level of commerciality and strong interpersonal skills
