Real Estate Development Lawyer An exciting opportunity has arisen for a real estate solicitor to join a thriving legal 500 ranked regional practice in Bristol. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a varied client base, including Pension Funds, Developers, Industrial groups, and some private landowners. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of providing sound real estate advice and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as: - Investment sales and purchases - Development agreements - JV and overage agreements - Acquisitions and Disposals Whilst this role is based in Bristol there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the Real Estate team based at the firms other offices. As an experienced real estate lawyer joining this team you will also be able to display the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding client service.
