Residential Conveyancer- Huddersfield The Firm: Our client is a well established high street firm with offices across West Yorkshire looking to recruit a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or an experienced conveyancer to work within the residential property team in Huddersfield. The Role: The role will handling good quality conveyancing transactions, dealing with local clients on a daily basis where client care is at the utmost importance. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience handling their own residential property files from inception through to post completion and be able to work autonomously with minimal support which with involve: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property * Extensive client contact * Remortgages * Leasehold flats * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity * Auction properties Requirements: This is a really good opportunity for a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or an experienced conveyancer to work for a full service law firm where you will have daily client contact handling a full caseload, whilst the potential for partnership is highly achievable.
