Residential Conveyancer - Leeds city centre The Firm: -National law firm offering multiple services -Based within a 5 minute walk from Leeds train station -Client focussed The Role: -As a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Residential Conveyancer you will run a residential property caseload from start to finish with support of no more than 60 files. The caseload will include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property * Extensive client contact * Re-mortgages * Leasehold flats * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity Requirements: -Must have experience in running a sale and purchase caseload, able to title check -A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer will be considered -Keen desire to work with quality files Benefits: --Excellent salary package DOE on experience -Central Leeds location -Full or part-time This is a fully office based opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered.
