You'll play a pivotal role in a wide variety of corporate transactions including: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Private Equity transactions Cross-border investments Capital Markets work Corporate structuring projects You'll also benefit from working in a hybrid environment (split between home and a modern central Leeds office) while gaining exposure to high-profile clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, recruitment, and education.
