Are you a dynamic Corporate Associate or Senior Associate (3+ PQE) seeking a new challenge within a high-performing national corporate team? The Opportunity
Based in Leeds, this role offers the chance to work closely with experienced partners and collaborate across a 70-strong national Corporate team, consistently ranked amongst the UK's top dealmakers. You'll play a pivotal role in a wide variety of corporate transactions including:
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Private Equity transactions
Cross-border investments
Capital Markets work
Corporate structuring projects
You'll also benefit from working in a hybrid environment (split between home and a modern central Leeds office) while gaining exposure to high-profile clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, recruitment, and education.

About You
A bright, personable, and commercially minded legal professional with:
3+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate law (private practice or in-house)
Strong technical ability and transaction management skills
Excellent negotiation, drafting and client relationship skills
A proactive, collaborative approach and interest in business development
Ambition, confidence, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
