The Role
Working as part of a supportive Employment, Pensions & Immigration team, you'll advise a wide range of clients across the commercial, healthcare, education, and public sectors. Key responsibilities include:
Handling a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal litigation
Providing strategic and day-to-day HR advisory support
Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and contract drafting
Delivering engaging client training sessions
Supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships
This role offers a genuine opportunity to work on high-profile matters, build strong client connections, and develop your personal brand within the employment law space.

About You
We're keen to hear from employment law solicitors with 2+ years' PQE who offer:
A clear enthusiasm for employment law and client service
Strong tribunal litigation experience
Excellent drafting, advisory and negotiation skills
The ability to manage complex matters and client relationships
Commercial awareness and a collaborative, proactive approach
Business development flair and presentation confidence
Advocacy experience and exposure to corporate transactional support would be an advantage.
