In House Private Client Lawyer - 3-7 PQE - East Midlands

We are delighted to be working on an extremely rare in-house private client solicitor opportunity where you will be working closely with high net worth owners of a multi billion turnover global company, advising on the full suite of private client matters. This is a fantastic first in-house opportunity for a private client lawyer seeking to utilise their expertise in an in-house setting where you will be leading on the delivery of legal advice in relation to matters such as: * Wills, probate, trusts, and trusts taxation; * Estate planning & estate administration, as well as personal asset management; * Inheritance tax planning; * Lasting powers of attorney; and * Other ad hoc legal queries You will be between 3 and 7 PWE and the opportunity is appropriate for someone seeking an exciting new challenge, where you will have significant autonomy and be trusted as a true 'business advisor'. The role may also naturally evolve into advising on some more general commercial matters in time but the focus of the role is private client. The business operates a hybrid working policy and there is a requirement for some office attendance in the East Midlands headquarters. The salary and package is a range depending on PQE level and experience.
