In House Corporate Lawyer - Global Manufacturer - East Mids

Are you a Corporate Lawyer seeking an exciting new challenge & the opportunity to take on a rare in-house corporate lawyer role? Our client is a household name manufacturing business operating internationally, and it partners some of the biggest brands in the world. Reporting into the General Counsel, you will focus mainly on corporate matters in relation to group corporate deals and structuring. The role will naturally evolve and will provide you with the opportunity to also advise on generalist matters such as commercial contracts, GDPR, employment law and company secretarial. This is a fantastic first in-house opportunity for a lawyer currently in private-practice, seeking a first in house move where you can utilise your existing corporate law expertise but also add to your skillset by assisting on more generalist commercial law matters. Or, if you are a corporate lawyer working in house currently but seeking a new challenge in an exciting business / sector, then this certainly offers that! The business operates a hybrid working policy and there is a requirement for 3 days per week in the East Midlands office. The salary and package is a range depending on PQE level and experience.
