Interim Commercial Lawyer - 12 month FTC - East Mids

Our client is a leading UK services provider seeking an interim lawyer available to begin a 12 month fixed term contract. The sector is highly topical and exciting and you will be reporting directly into the Head of Legal, working autonomously on matters including: - leading on the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial contracts (which is the main focus of the role); - advising on other commercial areas of law including GDPR, IT, IP, and general legal and compliance matters; - advising on other ad hoc legal queries that are niche & specific to the sector; - managing your internal stakeholders. The opportunity is offering a January or February start date, so you will be immediately available or due to finish your current contract shortly. The salary is up to £80,000 and some office contact is required in East Midlands but the business is flexible and offering significant home working.
