NQ-2 PQE Commercial Lawyer - Leisure Sector - East Midlands (Hybrid) We are working with a fast growing & exciting leisure sector brand, who are looking for a commercial lawyer to join their friendly and collegiate legal team. Reporting into the Deputy General Counsel, the role will be commercial contracts focussed i.e. drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers, as well as IT/Tech contracts, and Local Authority contracts. You will also be advising on other areas such as intellectual property, data protection and employment disputes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working in-house seeking to broaden their horizons in exciting sector, or for a lawyer currently working in private practice who is keen to utilise their commercial contracts skillset in an in house environment. Personality wise, it's a close knit team, so the business is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn! The package includes a potential 10% bonus, and generous cash allowance for travel. Some office contact is required in the East Midlands office and the business employs a flexible approach to this.
