Corporate Associate - London Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: 6 to 12-month FTC PQE: 3-5 years Practice Area: Corporate / M&A / Venture Capital The Opportunity We're looking for a talented Corporate Associate (3-5 PQE) to join our dynamic, cross-border team on a fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to be part of a unique corporate practice that integrates leading corporate and M&A work with world-renowned wealth planning advice. You'll be advising high-profile entrepreneurs, family businesses, and private capital clients across a range of sectors including luxury, healthcare, tech, sport, retail, and hospitality. The role is diverse and intellectually stimulating-ideal for someone who enjoys variety and values client connection. Your role will include: Advising on M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and corporate structuring Drafting and negotiating key documentation: SPAs, shareholder/investment agreements, and more Leading on transactions and managing deal flow alongside senior partners Working on international matters across the US, Europe, and Asia Acting as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurial clients and fast-growth companies What we're looking for: 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in a strong corporate practice Excellent technical and drafting skills A collaborative, proactive and client-focused mindset Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally Commercial acumen and an interest in working with entrepreneurial clients Experience with LLPs, share incentives, or capital markets is a bonus (not essential) Proficiency with common tech tools (Word, Excel) This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing team with a shared passion for excellence Hybrid working and flexible benefits
