The role: We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic NQ to 2 year PQE Solicitor / FCILEx / Licenced Conveyancer. If NQ, candidates should have obtained decent practical hands-on experience during their training contract or equivalent. Candidates should have experience of running their own caseload (10-15 completions per month), dealing with a mixed caseload of leasehold property sales and purchases / transfers of legal title / remortgages from beginning to end, to a high standard. Experience in shared ownership would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be computer literate, client care focused, have good attention to detail, good business development skills, be professional, have excellent time management and communication skills.
