About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to lead our growing team. This role involves handling high-value transactions, including new builds and matters for HNW clients, while providing technical expertise and mentoring team members. With a minimum of three days in the office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to take on a leadership role, working with prestigious clients within a boutique law firm renowned for its collaborative and supportive culture. Key responsibilities: Handle a caseload of high-value residential property transactions, including new builds and work for HNWI. Provide technical expertise and field questions from team members, acting as a trusted resource for complex matters. Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service for our prestigious client base. Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the residential property team. Work collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload alongside partners Qualifications PQE: Minimum of 5+ years, with a proven track record in residential property law. Extensive experience handling high-value transactions, including work for HNWI and new build properties. Previous experience at reputable City/West End-based firms or high-calibre regional firms. Technical excellence in residential property law, with the ability to mentor and guide team members. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team effectively.
