Their expertise extends to medical insurance coverage, health law, regulatory matters, and representation at inquests and judicial reviews. THE OPPORTUNITY As a successful candidate, you will engage in a diverse array of clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution, medical malpractice insurers, private hospitals-including some of the nation's largest independent hospital groups and clinics-and over 60 NHS Trusts. Your role will also encompass supporting healthcare professionals before regulatory bodies such as the GMC, GDC, and NMC.
