We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE to join our award-winning residential conveyancing team. As a Senior Associate Conveyancing Solicitor you will play a pivotal role in our Residential Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a varied caseload, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the strategic growth of the department. The Role: Handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring high standards of client care and service. Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations. Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
