The Role - An exciting opportunity for a Residential Solicitor /Licensed Conveyancer to join an excellent firm in Lincolnshire. - You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include; sales and purchases, help to buy, re-mortgages, new builds, lease extensions and buy to let Requirements - You will be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer - You will have at least 2 years experience in residential property - You will be confident managing your own caseload of property matters Benefits - Competitive salary up to £45,000 - Friendly and collaborative team - Great progression opportunities 2 days in the office per week.
