Residential Conveyancer- Lincolnshire-Hybrid This legal 500 Property team is seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor or an experienced fee earner to join as a Property Executive. Key Responsibilities: Assist and support fee earners with their caseload. Maintain and nurture existing client relationships. Handle routine and complex enquiries from clients and telephone callers effectively and efficiently. Skills and Experience Required: Strong teamwork and technical ability. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities positively and proactively. Experience in domestic property within a private client context. Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to nurture existing relationships and develop new business. Practical and legal approach to client issues. Proficient IT skills.
