A well-performing regional firm is looking for numerous residential conveyancing professionals to join them in their teams, in Kenilworth and Coventry.

THE ROLES
1. Conveyancing Assistant - Kenilworth - assisting on all aspects of residential conveyancing matters and gaining experience in how to manage each step of the conveyancing process
2. Conveyancing Lawyer - Kenilworth - managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build and transfer of equity amongst other types of transactions
3. Conveyancing Lawyer - Coventry - managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build and transfer of equity amongst other types of transactions
ABOUT YOU
- For the conveyancing assistant role, at least 6 months of experience as a conveyancing assistant is essential
- For the conveyancing lawyer roles, at least 12 months of experience as a residential conveyancer is essential
- You will have a sound knowledge of the conveyancing process
- You will be motivated and enthusiastic about residential property
FURTHER INFORMATION
- Highly competitive salary (£23,000 for conveyancing assistant; £45,000 for conveyancers)
