Corporate Associate

A highly reputable national Legal 500 law firm are seeking a UK qualified Corporate Associate with between 1 - 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their ambitious corporate team. The team are instructed on a variety of deals for domestic and international clients, typically involving private M & A transactions. The team primarily transact within the media and entertainment sector, working mainly with investors and entrepreneurs. As a Corporate Associate in this firm, you will be integral in driving forward transactions, providing astute legal advice, and contributing to the strategic direction of clients' businesses. Your role will be pivotal in managing client relationships, negotiating with finesse, and executing deals with precision. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of corporate law, honed through 1-6 years of PQE within a reputable practice.
