Corporate Associate

A highly reputable international law firm with offices through Europe, Middle East and Asia are seeking a UK qualified Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their ambitious team. The team are instructed on a variety of deals for domestic and international clients, typically involving private M & A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Their client base is diverse covering a broad range of sectors including Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Technology and Corporate Real Estate. As a Corporate Associate in this firm, you will be integral in driving forward transactions, providing astute legal advice, and contributing to the strategic direction of clients' businesses. Your role will be pivotal in managing client relationships, negotiating with finesse, and executing deals with precision. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of corporate law, honed through 3-5 years of PQE within a reputable practice.
