A highly reputable national Legal 500 law firm are seeking a UK qualified Corporate Associate with 1-6 + years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their ambitious team. The team are instructed on a variety of deals for domestic clients, typically involving private M & A transactions.. The team primarily transact within the corporate healthcare sector working with range of funders, investors, operators and developers. As a Corporate Associate in this firm, you will be integral in driving forward transactions, providing astute legal advice, and contributing to the strategic direction of clients' businesses. Your role will be pivotal in managing client relationships, negotiating with finesse, and executing deals with precision.
