As a Senior Associate or Legal Director in this highly regarded team, you will undertake a broad spectrum of corporate work, some of which will involve an international element, with as much responsibility as you are ready to take on. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with Partners across a broad spectrum of work, with as much responsibility as you're ready take on. The work is of the highest quality and you will regularly work on cross-border deals. The team typically works on M&A, private equity, IPOs and ECM work, public takeovers as well as general corporate advisory matters. This makes for a varied and interesting role, with the opportunity to later specialise should you wish to do so. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: · Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE. · Experience gained within an established practice. · Strong technical experience with the ability to run transactions with limited supervision. · The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. · Ideally experience of supervising junior team members, or at least the desire to do so. · A strong commercial acumen and willing to participate in business development.
