This is one of the UK's foremost Housing & Regeneration teams that can offer you a diverse and interesting caseload of complex housing management matters. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a highly regarded national firm with clients across a wide range of sectors including health, manufacturing and supply chain, professional services, property, construction and regeneration, recruitment and workforce solutions, retail and leisure, sport and technology. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join the Housing & Regeneration team, who have a wealth of experience in acting for Registered Providers across a broad range of matters varying in size and complexity. As a part of this highly regarded team, you will advise on matters such as breaches of tenancy or lease, housing disrepair, antisocial behaviour and access injunctions, possession and forfeiture, as well as general housing and leasehold management queries. Clients typically include small housing co-operatives, local authorities and both local and national registered providers. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: · Qualified Solicitor, ideally NQ-5 years' PQE. · Confident in dealing with a range of housing and regeneration matters. · A collaborative and methodical approach to working. · Eager to assist with complex matters. · A strong commercial acumen.
