Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate | 1-8 years' PQE | Leeds
A leading international firm is looking for a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join their market-leading Development & Investment practice based in Leeds. As one of the largest property teams in the UK, they act for some of the UK's largest developers and investors on some of the biggest deals in the market.

This exciting opportunity sits with the leading Property Development and Investment practice. The team advise clients across the full remit of their transactional and general real estate requirements. The team operate nationally cross-office, which presents an exciting opportunity to work regularly with other teams on some of the UK's biggest real estate mandates. Clients include regional, national and global organisations in the public and private sectors, including investors, developers (commercial, residential and mixed use), banks and central and local government.
There will be broad exposure to different work types, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skillset as you develop your career, with the opportunity to later specialise. There will also be early responsibility with key clients from the outset.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
* Qualified Solicitor with 1-8 years' PQE.
* Strong transactional property experience, ideally gained within a large commercial practice.
* Confident communicator and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients.
* The ability to deliver high-quality work and manage client demands.
* Self-motivated and the ability to work and act on your own initiative.
* Willing to play a key part in business development.
* Excellent academic credentials.
