An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join the market-leading Public Sector Health team, based in Leeds with hybrid working. This role will support clients in their clients in their asset management, acquisition and disposal, and strategic advisory work. Clients for this team range from NHS England to NHS Trusts, independent health and social care providers, and developers. This is an interesting and varied workload, which presents an excellent opportunity to gain unparalleled experience across a broad range of real estate work. ABOUT YOU: · Qualified Solicitor, ideally NQ-3 years' PQE. · At least 1 seat in commercial real estate during training contract. · Experience gained within an established real estate practice, ideally at a national or international firm. · The ability to hit the ground running in a busy team. · A genuine interest in the healthcare sector. · A strong commercial acumen.
