Property Litigation NQ Solicitor | Sheffield | £62k+ A leading international firm is looking for a newly-qualified solicitor to join their market-leading property litigation team based in Sheffield. This role will suit a solicitor up to around 3 years' PQE looking to join a top-ranked practice where you can thrive from day one. As a part of the national property litigation team, you will manage a broad range of both commercial and residential property disputes for a diverse range of clients including large institutional property funds, developers, tenant occupiers, energy companies, and other real estate investors. The work will be high quality and interesting, ranging from landlord and tenant asset management issues to boundary disputes and from rights of light issues to property insolvency. ABOUT YOU · Qualified Solicitor, ideally NQ-3 years' PQE. · Experience gained in a property disputes team of a major, national or medium sized firm. · A demonstrable interest in, and enthusiasm for, the property disputes market. · Exceptional written and oral communication skills. · Have the ambition to succeed and commitment to business development and client relationship management. · Commercially orientated with good business acumen and a commitment to innovation. · The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Well-organised with strong administration and time management skills and the ability and drive to meet demanding deadlines.
